In the early 1990’s, Mr. Amir Mireskandari worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) division of The World Bank in Washington, D.C. where he managed emerging markets loans and equity portfolios for the IFC. Mr. Mireskandari has also served as an advisor on privatization to the Kingdom of Morocco, the Government of Belize, and other various capacities to Governments of Jamaica and Barbados.

Mr. Mireskandari cofounded The Lugano Group, in 1998, a securities broker dealer firm which offered securities brokerage, advisory, investment and consulting services.
In 1999 he started Miresco Rugs Co. which grew to become one of the largest manufacturers, distributors, licensee developers and rug brands in the United States.
Mr. Mireskandari launched RMP Partners in 2010. RMP provided asset disposition and liquidation services. RMP Partners is now a holding company which owns and operates over a dozen privately held operating entities, focusing on the home furnishings, legal, and real estate industries.
Mr. Mireskandari earned both a B.B.A and M.B.A in International Business from George Washington University and completed his postgraduate studies in Management at Harvard Business School. Mr. Mireskandari is fluent in English, Farsi, French and Italian.

Jack Nichols
Jack is a licensed attorney with a robust business background. Jack began his legal career at the national firm Lindquist & Vennum (now Ballard Spahr) before establishing his own practice in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. His practice grew to become one of the largest bankruptcy filers in the state, leading to an interview with the president of the South Dakota Bar Association as a resource for attorneys entering the bankruptcy practice.
In 2020, Jack assumed the role of General Counsel at RMP Partners, a private equity company that owns and operates various businesses. RMP Partners’ diverse portfolio includes businesses in real estate, online retail, intellectual property licensing, oil/gas/chemical transportation, art consulting and gallery, warehousing, legal support services, fraud and white-collar crime investigations, financial and payroll consulting, and retail stores.
In 2021, Jack expanded his responsibilities by becoming the General Counsel of the Texas Justice Center, a for-profit, full-service mediation and arbitration center serving the alternative dispute resolution community of Southeast Texas.
In 2023, recognizing a shortage of receivers in Texas with hands-on business and real estate management experience, Jack helped establish and joined Equitable Asset Management as General Counsel. Jack continues to practice law at his firm, Jack J. Nichols, P.C., handling complex business transactions, litigation, and bankruptcy matters for a select group of corporate clients.

Graduating from Rice University with a B.A. in History, Economics, Managerial Studies in 1983 he then received his Juris Doctor from the Baylor School in 1986. Cagle served as a Special Commissioner for Harris County Civil Courts at Law. In 1998 he served as the interim Family Law Associate Judge for the 311th District Family Court and in 2000 served as the Litigation Staff Attorney for Harris County Probate Court #3. In November of 2000 Cagle became the elected Judge of Harris County Civil Court at Law #1.
As judge, Cagle consistently earned high ratings from the Houston Bar Association and received numerous awards from legal, business, political, and community groups, including the Community Builder Award from the Grand Lodge of Texas, Holland Lodge No.1. Cagle’s Harris County judicial peers elected him to be Administrative Judge for the County Civil Courts and his statewide peers elected him to serve as the President of the Texas Association of County Court-at-Law Judges. During his service as the Judge of Harris County Civil Court at Law #1, Cagle presided in over 724 jury trials.
On October 3, 2011 Harris County Judge Ed Emmett appointed Cagle to serve out the unexpired term as Commissioner of Harris County Precinct 4. As commissioner, Cagle represented over 1.2 million residents and managed a staff of 545 employees with a Precinct 4 budget of $290.5 million under his direct supervision and as a member of Commissioners Court was responsible for over 17,000 employees and a consolidated budget of Harris County entities in the billions. Cagle served for seven years on the Board of the Houston-Galveston Area Council and served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Public Power Pool. Cagle now serves as a Mediator, Arbitrator, traveling justice of the peace and Court-Appointed Receiver.
